Deniz Bayram, CSW (Certified Specialist of Wine)
Deniz is a wine expert and trained chef who has travelled the world in his pursuit of knowledge of fine wines and spirits. His experience covers a wide range of gastronomic adventures – from working in the kitchens of the world’s finest restaurants, to getting his hands dirty in the vineyards of Italy, to debating with artisan winemakers in the chateaus of Turkey.
Deniz is a Bachelor of Science in Foodservice Management and Minor in Sommelier, and an Associate in Science in Culinary Arts from Johnson & Wales University in Rhode Island, United States, where he was a consistent Dean’s Lister.
Deniz also hold the prestigious WSET (Wine & Spirit Education Trust) Advanced Certification in Wines and Spirits, and CSW (Certified Specialist of Wine) qualifications from the SWE (Society of Wine Educators).
